By using this website or booking a service with Renovate Home Design, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide home renovation services including interior and decor, exterior and garden work, security, fire safety, roofing, solar, windows, flooring and bathroom remodeling. The scope, price and schedule of each project are set out in a written quote or agreement.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final prices may change if hidden issues are found or if you request changes, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

3. Booking and Payments

• Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it.
• Deposits, milestone payments and final payment terms are listed in your agreement.
• Late payments may delay work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the property, accurate information and any permissions required for the work.

5. Warranty

Completed work is covered by our workmanship warranty as described in your agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to products. Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents or unrelated repairs is not covered.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours notice. Custom-ordered materials may be non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Renovate Home Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

8. Website Use

Website content is owned by Renovate Home Design and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or current.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
